Once you receive an email from the courier service, you will have the option to schedule a new delivery slot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the estimated delivery time for my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you place your order on a working day (excluding Fridays) before 3:00 PM, we will dispatch it the same day. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with deliveries made Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you ship outside the UK?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Currently, we only ship our orders within the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the shipping costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TheGameRoom charges a fixed shipping fee of \u00a36.50. Orders over \u00a350 qualify for free delivery. Some items, such as backgammon boards, come with free delivery as standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I collect my order from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collection is not available. TheGameRoom does not have a physical store or pickup location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I track my parcel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will automatically receive an email with a Track &amp; Trace code to track your parcel. If you haven\u2019t received the email, please check your spam folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns &amp; Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How are returns processed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to return a game or accessory? No problem! Contact us within 14 days to register your return, preferably via our returns form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I received the wrong product. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have received the wrong item, please contact us. The best way to do this is by following our returns procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are there any costs associated with returning an item?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return costs are generally the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The items in my package arrived damaged. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s unfortunate! Contact us within 14 days, and we will send you a replacement item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordering &amp; Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What payment methods do you accept?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can pay via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The product is out of stock. Can I receive an email when it\u2019s available again?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. We are working hard to offer it in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you offer the option to pay later?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, TheGameRoom does not offer a pay-later option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I have a complaint.
