Returns Policy

We would appreciate it if you contacted us in advance regarding your return. Please fill in the form below so we can assist you as smoothly as possible. We’d also appreciate it if you leave your phone number, as discussing matters over the phone is often easier.

You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via the returns form. Once registered, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method you initially used. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

Return costs are generally your responsibility. We carefully check all shipments before dispatch and ensure products are securely packaged.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. There are no items exempt from our returns policy.

Once your return request has been processed, we will send you a prepaid return label within two working days. You can then drop off your parcel free of charge at one of the many parcel shops near you.

Prefer to use a different courier? No problem. Simply send the parcel back to our returns address via a courier of your choice. Please take a photo of the postage receipt and email it to info@thegameroom.org.
