Complaints

Sometimes things may not go as planned. If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact us first by emailing info@thegameroom.org so we can resolve the issue directly.

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer your dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. UK consumers can also submit complaints via the UK Government-approved ADR schemes.

Additionally, if you are based in the EU, you can submit a complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/odr, provided your complaint has not already been handled elsewhere.
