Delivery
Which courier delivers the products?
We deliver our products by Royal Mail, DHL and UPS, depending on your needs and preferences.
Can I change the delivery time?
Yes, you can change the delivery time. Once you receive an email from the courier service, you will have the option to schedule a new delivery slot.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
If you place your order on a working day (excluding Fridays) before 3:00 PM, we will dispatch it the same day. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with deliveries made Monday to Friday.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. Currently, we only ship our orders within the UK.
What are the shipping costs?
TheGameRoom charges a fixed shipping fee of £6.50. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Some items, such as backgammon boards, come with free delivery as standard.
Can I collect my order from you?
The collection is not available. TheGameRoom does not have a physical store or pickup location.
Can I track my parcel?
You will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your parcel. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder.
Returns & Cancellations
How are returns processed?
Want to return a game or accessory? No problem! Contact us within 14 days to register your return, preferably via our returns form.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us. The best way to do this is by following our returns procedure.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
Return costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
The items in my package arrived damaged. What should I do?
That’s unfortunate! Contact us within 14 days, and we will send you a replacement item.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
The product is out of stock. Can I receive an email when it’s available again?
Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. We are working hard to offer it in the future.
Do you offer the option to pay later?
No, TheGameRoom does not offer a pay-later option.
